You may not have been online at the time that the officer accepted the app. The next steps are simply to visit the code of conduct and "sign" it. Then next time you're online just go into the pack channel (/join pack) and ask for any Betas. After they'll look at the CoC and shoot you an invite, and you're pretty much set!
